One of the primary objectives of the Project Management Office (PMO) is to standardize and implement a project management methodology to be leveraged for internal projects sponsored by the Baltimore Chapter of PMI. This methodology is based on the guidance provided in the PMI’s Project Management Book of Knowledge® (PMBOK®).
There are five (5) main phases that each internal Chapter project should follow: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, and Closing. Click on a phase below to link to templates and additional resources.
