Abstract
Mental blocks hamper decision making and hence, individual and team productivity. Though mental blocks are not well understood, we have to overcome these as project managers and leaders, and help our teams do the same. We are often unaware of the underlying causes of mental blocks and how we can prepare ourselves to overcome them. This presentation will focus on the physical, intellectual and emotional components of mental blocks and on how we can deal with them at these three levels. It will be an informative session and will also encourage active audience participation so that we can learn from each other’s experiences.
