Mike Berendt, VP, Programs for PMI Baltimore will provide a presentation on Stakeholder Management. Do you know who all of your stakeholders are? Have you identified them by type so that you can properly manage their expectations? Who should you be wary of and how can you minimize their influence? Mike will provide a "tongue-in-cheek" look at the types of Stakeholders present on our projects and how the Project Manager can maintain the momentum despite the efforts of some to derail the project.Time and Location Information
