Abstract: Successful leaders and project managers can’t just hold easy conversations. Successfully managing difficult discussions about missed deadlines, errors in work or misunderstandings is vitally important to building more successful teams. In this interactive workshop, we will explore the hallmarks of productive discussions, how to make all discussions more meaningful and how difficult discussions can be powerful tools to build teams. 

Presenter: Bob Graham, CEO of Breakthrough Solutions speaks, trains and coaches on people skills. A former lecturer at Johns Hopkins University and co-author of The 55 Soft Skills That Guide Employee and Organizational Success, he had led and trained scores of managers and leaders on how to have productive discussions, even if they are difficult.
