Abstract:

PMI’s Disciplined Agile (DA) is an agnostic, pragmatic, and context-based toolkit which offers solutions to address organization’s major pain points. The toolkit enables simplified process decisions around incremental and iterative solution delivery.

This presentation will arm you with the secret DA sauce to guide your teams in choosing and evolving their way of working appropriate for their context. Together we will work through the five steps to enabling team agility and the options for you to navigate complex challenges commonly encountered in organizations. A real-world example will help shed light on how to take your team to the next level using guided continuous improvement.

Adaptability is the key to relevance, both for businesses and professionals. Now more than ever is the time to differentiate the value you bring to your organization. These five steps will give you the edge to differentiate yourself and make a real difference with your teams.
