Abstract: Are you searching for different Agile tools and approaches to add to your project success toolkit? If your answer is yes, come join the PMI Baltimore chapter for an introduction to Disciplined Agile (DA).
Our 1 hour discussion will cover two themes.
The first theme will highlight DA core components, what the toolkit entails, and how the DA life cycle looks. With a foundation set, we'll move onto real world examples of applying some DA tenets. Think answering questions to improve testing, release management, or secure funding. We'll conclude with a review that identifies the latest places to look for DA information and DA certifications.
