Abstract:

In the current VUCA world, transformation has become a constant. And the need for organizations around the world to be agile and responsive in the digital age is widely recognized, but executives are still struggling to execute transformation initiatives. We need to transform the way we transform organizations. With Brightline's Transformation Compass, attendees will learn how to avoid common pitfalls and ensure that their transformative initiatives are successful. The session will conclude with an introduction to PMI organizational transformation series created to empower leaders and their teams to create a culture that support transformation and ultimately future growth and success.

Presenter: Tahirou Assane has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles, civil engineering, strategy, transformation, and project management.
