PMI Baltimore Chapter - Annapolis Junction Lunch Meeting
This educational event qualifies for 1.00 PDU within the PMI Talent Triangle - Technical Project Management
Risk is a part of life. We mitigate risk every day, sometimes without thinking about it. This presentation will discuss risk and managing risk, not just for IT projects, but also for other business areas. The speaker taps into his 40+ years of work experience in military aviation, logistics management and IT program management to show how understanding the risks, planning risk mitigation and taking effective risk mitigation actions leads to successful outcomes. He also shows what can happen when mitigation fails.
