"The 5 Choices" Power Hour on Franklin Covey's The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity

This Power Hour is based upon one of Franklin Covey's flagship courses called, The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity.  The 5 Choices are:

Act on the Important - Don't React on the Urgent        (Learning How to Prioritize)
Go For Extraordinary - Don't Settle for the Ordinary    (Learning How to Plan and Set Goals)
Schedule The Big Rocks - Don't Sort Gravel               (Learning How to Organize and Execute)
Rule Your Technology - Don't Let It Rule You               (Learning How to Manage Technology)
Fuel Your Fire - Don't Burn Out                              (Learning How to Manage Your Personal Energy)

The 5 Choices is not a one-time training event, but a process, carefully designed to bring people together to dramatically higher levels of productivity in areas of decision, attention, and energy management.  People who have participated in this program see their work in new, more productive ways.  Participants can focus on what really matters in their organizations and offload less important priorities.  They learn new ways to make technology work for them instead of against them in the era of electronic deluge.  Finally they find new commitment and energy for making great contributions to their organization and lives.
