Executives, managers, and leaders of an organization are responsible for the adoption, success, and ongoing improvement of Lean-Agile development. They ensure that business operations improve continuously by creating an environment that encourages high-performing Agile teams to flourish and produce value.
This two-day course is exclusively designed for executives, leaders, managers, and architects required to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The objective of this training is to help you become a lean-thinking manager/teacher so that you create high performing teams. To do this, we teach you the five core competencies of Lean Enterprise, the application of SAFe’s Lean and Agile principles, and the skills to support and execute PI Planning events.

Exam format: Multiple choice
Exam access: Candidates can access the exam within the SAFe Community Platform upon completion of the Leading SAFe course
Exam duration: 1.5 hours (90 minutes)
Number of questions: 45 questions
Passing score: 34 out of 45 (75% passing score)
Exam cost: The first attempt is included as part of the course registration fee (You are required to take up the exam within 30 days of course completion). Each retake costs $ 50
Retake policy: First retake (second attempt) can be taken immediately; the second retake requires a 10-day wait and the third retake requires a 30-day wait
Annual Renewal: The certificate is valid for only one year from the day certification is earned. To renew the certification a fee of $ 100 is applicable
Professional Development Units (PDUs)
Attendees may be eligible to apply for 15 PDUs toward their continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP, PgMP, and PMI-ACP certifications.
