Abstract:
‘Developing Your Sphere Of Influence’
This presentation will include three sections: an overview of key fundamental concepts of it; a discussion of an example of my own, with a breakdown of the different factors involved and how I came into it; and steps for developing it. Time for questions and discussion will be included also. My goal through the presentation is for everyone present to be able to identify some of the fundamentals that resonate with them and be confident with general steps for improving them.
Key Takeaways:
- Identification of Leadership fundamentals that resonate well with them.
- Identification of work situations of their own to apply them to.
- An understanding of how to develop it on their own.
