Abstract: PMI Citizen Developer offers a vendor-agnostic learning journey for project managers to enhance their skillset and support core project management skills and experience. As a profession, project management is rapidly evolving and it’s becoming more technology-enabled and project managers are using technology to drive their desired project outcomes. Citizen development helps upskill project managers to develop, deploy, and manage applications and solutions using Low Code No Code. In addition, the new CD-Business Architect features a mini courses; Organizational Alignment, Operating Model and CD-Maturity Model to address governance and scaling your organization to CD Maturity

Presenter: Samantha Mulford is the Global PMI Citizen Developer Product Specialist. She has help launched AHPP and CDP and CDBA Micro-credentials for PMI. She holds a dual master’s degree in Education and Instructional Technology and is passionate about developing eLearning experiences for PMI members. Presenter: Dalibor (Dali) Ninkovic is currently responsible for PMI’s Citizen Developer global B2C and Community business. Before joining PMI, Dali held multiple technical and commercial roles in the low-code and no-code software industry. Being a firm believer in the democratization of software development, he firmly believes in the citizen development movement with its hyper-agile approach to digital transformation. He believes citizen development is an enabler for innovation, faster product delivery, and increased organizational competitiveness through improved operational efficiency. Dali’s aim is to help PMI’s global community realize the benefits of citizen development through the application of PMI’s Citizen Developer education, standards, frameworks, and best practices.
