The session will also address common challenges such as greenwashing and provide tools for evaluating and prioritizing sustainability in projects.

Graciela Amaguana
Graciela Amaguana graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree and, after taking a gap year, returned to pursue a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in project management. She began working as a Graduate Assistant for Orientation in March of last year and has since been promoted to the role of Orientation and Title IX Programming Coordinator. In this capacity, she works closely with students throughout the year, primarily assisting incoming students in their transition to college life at the Mount. Additionally, she develops and implements prevention and awareness programs related to Title IX.
Chloe Knill
Chloe Knill recently earned her Master of Business Administration from Mount St. Mary’s University and obtained a Certificate in Project Management. Before pursuing her master’s degree, she had the unique opportunity to serve as the first Student CEO for the Saxby’s Cafe on The Mount’s Emmitsburg Campus. This role provided me with valuable insights into project management and its practical applications to the business world. Currently, Chole works as the Office Coordinator for the Center for Student Involvement and Belonging at Mount St. Mary’s University, where she manages relationships with 60+ student clubs and organizations. In this role, she has assisted in implementing the Involve program, a co-curricular platform designed to streamline processes and enhance efficiency for both administrators and students. With her master’s degree recently completed, she is now excited to pursue her PMP Certification!
