Amadea Clement is a highly skilled Operations Manager with over 8 years of hands-on experience in driving innovation, growth, and operational excellence through strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives. She is adept at fostering strong partnerships, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency. Amadea thrives in dynamic environments, building trusting relationships and consistently delivering success. Her expertise spans strategic project management, leadership and management, startup experience, interpersonal skills, data and financial analysis, analytical thinking, operational efficiency, resilience, and adaptability. 

Amadea is pursuing a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification and has already achieved her Six Sigma White Belt, with the Green Belt certification in progress. Her educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Maryland University College, a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from Wilson College. She is also working towards a Graduate Certification in Project Management from Colorado State University Global and her Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy.

In her professional experience at MD Energy Advisors (MDEA), Amadea served as an Operations Manager and Human Resources Recruiter from January 2020 to March 2024. She oversaw program changes to the residential line of business, implemented new security policies, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables. Additionally, she prepared reports and updates for leadership and designed and documented project management best practices. Previously, she worked as an Office Manager and Business Support Representative at MDEA, where she handled day-to-day office activities, provided executive support, and identified and solved business performance issues

Amadea’s earlier roles include a Shift Supervisor at Walgreens (formerly Rite Aid) where she implemented fair scheduling practices and streamlined inventory processes, and a Public Affairs Intern at the United States Department of Agriculture where she developed an infographic program and managed digital marketing content. She also has early experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Manager, and Specialty Leasing Coordinator at Petrie Richardson Ventures, and various assistant roles at Wilson College.

Among her accomplishments, Amadea received an award on behalf of MDEA from Maryland State Senator Bill Ferguson in 2019 for planning and implementing MD Energy Advisors’ Conversations in the City series. In 2016, she presented her thesis on Histamine Intolerance and its Correlation to Diet and Daily Activity at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania’s Undergraduate Research Day at the Capitol. Amadea’s dedication to professional growth, diverse experience, and technical proficiency make her a valuable asset in any organization seeking operational excellence and innovation.
