Delphina is a results-oriented individual with extensive experience in direct and indirect budget planning, as well as government contract management. She excels in working with project control and program management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Known for her customer and client-focused approach, Delphina is highly motivated and dedicated to her project responsibilities.

Currently, Delphina serves as a Business Manager at AECOM, a role she has held for nearly a decade. Her tenure at AECOM follows a significant period at URS Corporation, an AECOM Company, where she has held various roles over 16 years. As a Senior Accountant since May 2011, she has been instrumental in overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance. Prior to this, she served as an Accountant III, contributing to financial reporting and analysis.

Delphina’s career began at CSC, where she spent over three years in roles including Project Controls Manager and Billing Accountant. She managed project controls and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Before CSC, Delphina worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance in claims, where she honed her skills in financial management and customer service.

Her academic background is impressive, with an MBA in Business Management and an MS in Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She also holds a BBA in Finance and Risk Management from Temple University. Delphina is actively involved with the Project Management Institute (PMI), where she has been a member since May 2015 and has volunteered at various events.
