Abstract:

There are times in our lives when we think the best days are behind us –wrong answer! The best day may be embedded in the days ahead; we just don’t know it yet. In this presentation, expert speaker, Carl Pritchard, returns to the Baltimore County stage to talk about your potential for personal reinvention. As adversity rears its ugly head, Carl examines how we can rejoin the professional race and get back in the saddle for better times ahead. He charges us to look to the future and the past to engage in personal reinvention and learn specific steps to start putting together a saddle-returning, reinventing action plan.

Key Takeaways:

By the time this presentation is complete, participants will be able to:

  • Address reinvention from a project management perspective.
  • Research networking opportunities.
  • Decipher job requirements.
  • Develop actionable goal achievement plans.
