Abstract:
Falk’s 8 Rules to Project Management Success
We only have 60 minutes! How much can we learn in that amount of time? How about over 40 years of business experience boiled down to 8 rules to make your life immensely easier. Whether you are a full-time project manager or someone just starting your career, this presentation will give you a unique perspective on how to do your job more effectively. This humorous and somewhat irreverent look at how to manage your projects will ring true with common sense and reality. Walk away with information you will remember and use at home that night, at work today, or right away with the person sitting next to you.
Key Takeaways:
By the time this presentation is complete, participants will be able to:
– Identify at least five real-life rules to deal with projects in any area of your life
– Understand the value of perspective-taking and humor in dealing with the challenges of the profession
