Presenter: Adebayo Ajayi

 

Adebayo is a seasoned project manager overseeing multi-million-dollar projects globally.

He is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in the PMO, adept at steering teams, spearheading organizational transformations, and propelling individuals to new heights of success across dynamic environments. As a Certified Project Manager, Continuous Improvement leader, and Scrum Master, he excels in managing diverse facets of process, production, and marketing functions.

With over 10 years of project management experience, Adebayo currently works as a Senior Manager, PMO in the Consumer product goods industry.

Adebayo currently serves as the Portfolio Manager, Events at Project Management Institute, Lakeshore Canada. She holds a Bachelor’ and master’s degree in engineering and has completed additional studies in Project Management, Agile Methodologies, Lean Management, and Leadership.

He has coached over 300+ PM professionals and he currently serves as an adjunct Project Management Professor at Conestoga College.

Adebayo is a member of the Advisory Council of Harvard Business Review and a pioneering member of the global talent network, Nova Talent. When he is not talking about project management, he is somewhere else making great leaders.
