Title: “Bridging the Generational Gap: Generations in the Workplace”

Every day we work with various colleagues, customers, and stakeholders. Often, we do not think about differences between generations that can affect our communications and relationships. What is a generation and what makes each generation different? Each generation is unique and has different characteristics that we need to understand to be successful. Each generation grew up with different challenges and experiences that have helped shaped them into who they are today. During this interactive presentation we will discuss each generation’s characteristics and strengths. We will also go over tips on how to enhance communications and strengthen inter-generational relationships.
